In our initials session we will be going over your goals, current eating habits and measurements to put together the perfect plan for you.  We will customize the plan just for you and your needs.  Then we will make our weekly appointments for you to see your progress and to keep you accountable.

You will learn how to make healthy nutritional choice for the rest of your life.  You will gain knowledge from working with a Sports Nutritionist throughout your 12 weeks.
